Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Completes Acquisition Of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care

Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc., a diversified home care platform focused on providing care to medically complex, high-cost populations, completed its acquisition of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, LLC (Thrive SPC), which provides home care services. The acquisition was announced in early April 2025. By combining with Thrive SPC, Aveanna anticipates enhancing its coverage in the 34 states where it currently has locations, and it anticipates introducing its care model into two new states.
