Robotic Pet Company Tombot Secures $6.1 Million To Launch Health & Senior Care Product Line
Tombot, which is developing a lifelike robotic puppy, raised $6.1 million in a Series A funding round led by Caduceus Capital Partners, which invests in early-stage digital health startups. The round also had participation from both new and existing investors. Tombot’s flagship product, Jennie, is designed with the appearance of a Golden Retriever puppy. Its programming is designed to interact with humans similarly to how a dog would interact.
