Nest Health Launches Home-Based Substance Use Disorder Program

Nest Health, which provides family-centered, home-based health care for high-risk families, today announced the launch of Nest Rooted Recovery. The new program provides treatment and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) by bringing evidence-based addiction treatment into the home and integrating ongoing medical, behavioral, and social care for the entire family. 

Nest Rooted Recovery is embedded within Nest's fully integrated care model. Pregnant and non-pregnant women receive both addiction treatment and continuous access to primary care, chronic condition management, mental health services, and social care in their own homes. ;
