Jaan Health Secures $25 Million To Expand Its AI-Powered Platform Phamily To Support Between-Visit Care For Chronic Illness
Jaan Health, which provides an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered consumer engagement platform Phamily, secured more than $25 million in funding to accelerate the transformation of between-visit care for people with chronic health conditions. The company plans to use the funding to expand into new market segments and deepen its reach with health systems and integrated networks. Phamily has been used by over 150 health care organizations to support care for people with over 250 different diagnoses.
