The Columbus Organization Acquires Diversified Resources, Inc. 

The Columbus Organization (Columbus), which offers outcomes-based care coordination services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), conditions associated with aging, and complex health concerns, acquired Georgia-based Diversified Resources, Inc. (DRI). Financial terms were not disclosed.;

DRI is a multi-capability agency serving Georgia Medicaid members under the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP) and Georgia’s regional Area Agencies on Aging. Established in 1999, DRI has built itself to over 5,000 covered members and has become a strong, highly regarded presence in southern Georgia counties. ;
