Maryland Association of Counties Comment On Maryland Senate Bill 594 Public Health—- Use Of Opioid Restitution Fund & Training Under the Overdose Response Program
The Maryland Association of Counties issued its support for the legislation on March 19, 2025. The legislation makes changes to appropriate uses for the state's Opioid Restitution Fund.
