Kentucky Medicaid Community Engagement Demonstration Request

The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) submitted this 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver amendment for federal approval on June 25, 2025. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) opened a public comment period to run from July 10, 2025, through August 9, 2025.
