Abacus & Medicus IT Merge To Launch A Financial Services & Health Care-Focused IT Managed Services Provider

Abacus Group and Medicus IT merged to launch a new multi-vertical health care-focused information technology (IT) managed services provider (MSP). Both are portfolio companies of FFL Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth investments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined company will be led by Anthony J. D'Ambrosi, chief executive officer (CEO) of Abacus.
