The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) released the document on May 28, 2025. It is a table that lists the current prepaid inpatient health plan (PIHP) region for the state's specialty behavioral health system, the community mental health center (CMHC) serving the region, the counties served by the CMHC, and the new PIHP region the county will be assigned to for the next PIHP contracts.
