Residex® AI Acquires Kevala AI To Enhance Senior Care Operations, Through AI Workforce Management
Residex.AI, which provides an electronic health record (EHR) and clinical electronic medication administration record (eMAR) for senior living communities, announced the acquisition of Kevala, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered workforce management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Residex's position in the senior care technology market by adding staffing optimization to its clinical assessment, incident management, and care planning platform, according to the press release.
