Private equity health care specialist ARCHIMED acquired a majority stake in Arkstone Medical Solutions (Arkstone), a pioneer in infectious disease clinical guidance and antimicrobial stewardship based on machine learning (ML) and generative artificial intelligence (gen AI), according to a recent announcement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Florida-based Arkstone was created in 2018 by three co-founders with backgrounds in software, clinical content, and customer operations.
