Mayo Clinic Health Systems To Transition Six Clinical Service Locations To Nearby Sites

Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) is closing its clinical services in Belle Plaine, Caledonia, Montgomery, Northridge (North Mankato), St. Peter, and Wells, and the services will transition to nearby MCHS Minnesota locations by December 10, 2025, according to an announcement.

“Our top priority is ensuring you continue to receive reliable, high-quality care, often with your same provider, at another MCHS clinic,” the announcement stated.
