Harbor Health To Acquire 32 VillageMD Health Clinics & Expand Into Three New Texas Markets

Harbor Health announced that it is acquiring 32 health clinics from VillageMD. The clinics are based in Texas: 10 in Austin, 10 in San Antonio, six in El Paso, and six in Dallas, the announcement stated. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Harbor Health is an Austin, Texas-based primary and specialty care clinic group. It was founded in 2022 in Central Texas, according to the announcement.
