In this letter dated August 20, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County again asked the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to return the county's $1.5 million contribution to a project to build a new 330-bed psychiatric hospital in the county.
