Alliance Health In Raleigh, North Carolina Embeds Clinical Behavioral Health Staff With County 911 Crisis Call Diversion Program
Alliance Health announced that it has embedded three licensed behavioral health clinical professionals within Wake County’s 911 call center as part of the Raleigh Crisis Alternative Response for Empathy and Support (CARES) program. This program seeks to create a compassionate, coordinated, and effective response to residents experiencing behavioral health crises.
The embedded clinical professionals make up the Crisis Call Diversion pillar of the initiative.
