Housing Trust Group (HTG) and AM Affordable Housing announced the opening of The Fountains at Hidden Lake, an 81-unit affordable senior housing community in Crystal River, Florida. The community is open to residents age 62 and older who earn below 30%, 40% and 60% of the area median income. It was fully occupied at its grand opening celebration.
