Franklin County, Illinois, Joins Jail-Based Competency Restoration Mental Health Pilot
The Franklin County, Illinois, jail is preparing to launch an onsite mental health competency restoration pilot program for detainees waiting for an open bed at a state forensic hospital program, according to a local news report.
