BRIDGE Housing Opens Kettner Crossing Affordable Housing Community For Seniors In San Diego

BRIDGE Housing, an affordable housing developer, opened a transit-oriented affordable housing community for seniors in San Diego. Kettner Crossing provides 64 affordable units in the city’s Little Italy neighborhood, serving residents aged 62 and older who earn 30% to 50% of Area Median Income. The development provides seniors with access to Metropolitan Transit System trolley and bus lines, along with parks, cultural centers, restaurants, and other nearby amenities.
