Jeffrey Hornberger has more than 30 years experience in leadership and management. His skill set ranges from business analytics to applied AI, he is a valuable addition to the OPEN MINDS team.

Mr. Hornberger is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at CONQ, an AI based business intelligence and insight engine platform. Here he is responsible for driving growth and developing strategies to enhance market position. Mr. Hornberger leads the sales, marketing and customer success teams. He is responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new revenue opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Through his efforts year over year sales doubled during an expansion to additional sectors and a negative sales trend was reversed to sustained growth of over 650%.

Before CONQ, Mr. Hornberger was the Vice President of Sales and Consulting for Security First Group, a digital data software solutions company. In this role, Mr. Hornberger spearheaded the development of a sales organization to drive business growth. Additionally, he conceptualized a go-to-market strategy to engage major cyber-verticals and regionalized channel focus.

Mr. Hornberger has also served as the Director of Global Services for DataDirect Networks, a company specializing in data intelligence platforms. Mr. Hornberger cultivated, deployed, and managed a new Professional Services practice worth $2.4 million. He upheld major commercial accounts such as Microsoft, Red Bull, and Viacom. He was able augment improvement of productivity by 35% while minimizing deployment cost by more than 20%.

Mr. Hornberger has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, a Masters of Science, Space Systems from the Naval Post Graduate School Monterey CA, and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.
