AbsoluteCare Launches Kidney Disease Care Initiative Across Ohio

AbsoluteCare Manager, LLC, which provides value-based care for individuals with complex health and life needs, is launching an innovative statewide initiative to transform care for Ohio Medicaid members living with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Beginning January 1, 2026, AbsoluteCare started delivering whole-person care and wraparound support to Ohio's highest-need CKD population across urban and rural communities. The Ohio CKD program is anticipated to serve nearly 10,000 members.
