Wisconsin Clinic Joins National Initiative To Support Firefighter Mental Wellness

Empower Mental Health & Wellness Clinic in Kenosha, Wisconsin, announced that it is offering complimentary mental health services for first responders as part of its participation in the BTL Cares Firefighter Initiative. The initiative, launched in August 2025 by BTL Industries, aims to provide mental and emotional health support to firefighters.

Through the initiative, Empower is offering local firefighters access to two complimentary technologies. Exomind is a non-invasive brain stimulation device designed to support mental health treatment. Emsculpt NEO is a muscle activation device used for physical conditioning and recovery.
