Integrated Services For Behavioral Health & Fairfield Community Health Center Merge To Expand Integrated Behavioral & Physical Health Services

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) and Fairfield Community Health Center (FCHC) announced that their boards have approved a plan to combine operations under a single leadership structure, effective January 1, 2026. ISBH, which provides community mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and supportive housing programs across Southeast and Central Ohio, will merge its operations with FCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Lancaster, Ohio. The collaboration aims to expand integrated services that address both behavioral and physical health needs, to increase access to integrated care.
