Nimbus Healthcare & Snap Kitchen Launch Program Combining GLP-1 Therapy With Medically Tailored Meals

Nimbus Healthcare and Snap Kitchen launched Nimbus Meals, a 12-week program that combines GLP-1 medication management with medically tailored meals.

The program integrates clinical oversight with meal delivery aligned to patients’ treatment plans, including medication titration schedules and nutrition targets. It launched in January 2026 for Nimbus patients in Texas, with plans to expand to additional markets and employer partnerships.

Participants receive GLP-1 medications through Nimbus along with meal plans developed by Snap Kitchen. The program also includes clinical support and guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change.
