Wellpoint Invests More Than $2 Million To Strengthen Community-Based Care Across Arizona
Wellpoint committed more than $2 million to community-based organizations across Arizona to strengthen long-term services and supports, expand access to home- and community-based care, and support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers.
The investments are focused on building local infrastructure and expanding access to services for individuals with complex and ongoing needs.
Funding is allocated across five priority areas:
