WellStone Opens New Madison, Alabama Clinic For Adult Mental Health & Addiction Services

WellStone has opened a clinic in Madison, Alabama to serve adults 19 and older seeking mental health and addiction treatment. Located at 9238 Madison Boulevard, Suite 900, the office provides individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient programs.

Those who need additional services may be referred to other WellStone locations, which offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, primary care in Huntsville, detox services through River Crossing Withdrawal Management, and residential treatment at River Valley Recovery Center.

Current WellStone customers who wish to transfer to the Madison location can do so by contacting their clinical professional or a customer service representative.
