Ohio Breaks Ground On New Behavioral Health Hospital In Trotwood
The state of Ohio is building a new Behavioral Healthcare facility in Trotwood (northwest of Dayton). The new facility will provide 200 inpatient beds and is expected to be completed in 2030.
The new facility will be built to reflect the standards used in state behavioral health facilities in Columbus and Cincinnati. The value of the planned 285,000-square-foot facility has been put at $275 million. It is projected to provide 500 new jobs.
