Henry Ford Health & Trillium Health Partner To Convert Hospital Into Behavioral Health Facility In Michigan

Henry Ford Health is transferring its Madison Heights hospital to Trillium Health Care Management, which plans to convert the site into a 75-bed inpatient behavioral health facility in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Trillium, based in Warren, Michigan, is expected to assume ownership as early as spring 2026 and begin renovations, with completion anticipated in approximately one year. The new facility will provide inpatient psychiatric care and related behavioral health services.
