Ernest Health To Acquire Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals
Ernest Health signed a definitive agreement to acquire Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals, a network of seven inpatient rehabilitation hospitals located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to the organizations, the acquisition will expand Ernest Health’s network from 38 to 45 hospitals nationwide. Both organizations provide rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, and chronic medical conditions.
