Curio Acquires Nora Mental Health Franchise Network

Curio FZ LLC acquired Nora Mental Health, a franchise network of community-based mental health clinics operating across multiple states. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2018, Nora Mental Health provides outpatient behavioral health services, including individual, family, couples, adolescent, and group therapy, as well as medication management services delivered in person and through telehealth. According to the organization, Nora Mental Health currently operates in 16 states.
