GoHealth Medicare & Health Insurance Broker Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
GoHealth, Inc. (GoHealth), a health insurance marketplace and Medicare-focused digital health company, announced that it and certain subsidiaries have voluntarily filed Chapter 11 petitions with the United States (U.S.) Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The filing implements the Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of GoHealth, Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates (the Plan). GoHealth expects to complete the restructuring process before the start of the 2026 annual enrollment period.
