Heart To Heart Hospice Expands Service In East Texas With Two New Locations

Heart to Heart Hospice opened two new agencies in East Texas, expanding its services to nine additional counties in the region. Heart to Heart Hospice of Huntsville serves Brazos, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Polk, Trinity, and Walker counties. Heart to Heart Hospice of Hemphill serves Sabine and San Augustine counties.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Heart to Heart Hospice operates 67 locations across Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas, providing hospice care to those with life-limiting illnesses.
