Guideway Care, Inc. completed the acquisition and integration of Waypoint Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of Waypoint's team, including founders Lisa McDermott and David Bradshaw, and its technology expands Guideway's artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual agent capabilities and broadens its reach across the health care journey.

Guideway Care provides hospitals, health systems, payers, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) with tools to address persistent gaps between clinical recommendations and completed consumer actions.
