State Medicaid Coverage Of Assistive Technology For Adults Using Home- & Community-Based Services
The report was relased in April 2026 by the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC). It presents the results of a scan of 263 state Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) waivers that covered at least one category of assistive technology. Data for the analysis was from HBCS programs serving adults as of September 2025.
