The CareBridge Group Announces $91 Million Grant To Launch The ‘Community Access Coalition’ To Address Social Determinants Of Health & Reduce Medical Debt Across Florida

The CareBridge Group, a health care consulting and revenue cycle management (RCM) firm, announced authorization of a $91 million corporate master grant to fund the Community Access Coalition, a 10-year philanthropic initiative aimed at addressing social determinants of health and reducing medical debt across Florida.

In the first year, $5.71 million will be directed to Central Florida to fund emergency room triage, eviction prevention, and low-cost nutrition services. An additional $2.75 million will be allocated to Jacksonville (Duval County) to support municipal telehealth diversion programs, including Healthlink Jax.
