Oakland County Breaks Ground On Second ‘Neuro-Inclusive’ Housing Development In Rochester Hills, Michigan
Oakland County, Rochester Housing Solutions, and Three Oaks Communities are partnering with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and Community Housing Network (CHN) to build Auburn Oaks, the county's second neuro-inclusive neighborhood, in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Auburn Oaks will include 55 new homes: 41 condominiums across five buildings, nine single-family homes, and five townhomes. Of these, 17 condominiums and two single-family homes will be reserved for adults with disabilities.
