Department Of Education Secretary McMahon’s Letter To Parents Of Individuals With Disabilities

The letter was issued on June 16, 2026, by the Secretary of the federal Department of Education (ED), Linda McMahon, to parents of individuals with disabilities. The letter explains the federal reasoning for moving ED departments and activities related to students with disabilities to other federal agencies.
