Residential Home Health Acquires Covenant Home Health In Eastern Pennsylvania
Residential Home Health (Residential) acquired Covenant Home Health of Havertown, Pennsylvania, a home health provider organization serving Bucks, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and York counties. The acquisition extends Residential's presence in eastern Pennsylvania into Philadelphia and Delaware counties. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Residential plans to retain Covenant's employees and intends to maintain continuity for consumers, families, referral partners, and staff during the transition. Current individuals receiving care will not experience an interruption in services.
