WPS Acquires Mavida Health, Expanding Digital Mental Health Capabilities For Women & Families

WPS, A Health Solutions Company, acquired Mavida Health, a digital mental health company offering clinical care and community support for women and families through the reproductive journey. The acquisition expands WPS's presence in digital health care. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Mavida Health was founded in 2023. The company provides mental health support for conditions and life stages including polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), conception, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause or menopause.
