Wellvana Adds 190,000 Medicare Beneficiaries For 2026 Through New ACO Partnerships

Wellvana announced it will support 190,000 new Medicare beneficiaries in 2026 through its Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partners. The growth reflects demand from provider organizations seeking support with shared savings, downside risk preparation, and clinical programs aimed at improving cost and quality outcomes.

Wellvana is the largest hospital-led enabler in the MSSP. Its ACO partners account for a quarter of all enabled MSSP lives and include health systems (66%), community hospitals and rural provider organizations (24%), and independent provider organizations (10%). These partnerships saved Medicare $337 million in 2024.
