Heritage Valley Health System Affiliates With Allegheny Health Network In Western Pennsylvania

Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and Heritage Valley Health System in western Pennsylvania have finalized an affiliation agreement, following approval from state and federal regulators. The agreement brings two Heritage Valley hospitals, dozens of clinical locations, and hundreds of physicians into the AHN network.

The two organizations will now focus on integrating operations and clinical programs across Beaver County, Allegheny County, and surrounding communities.

As part of the affiliation, Heritage Valley Beaver and Heritage Valley Sewickley will be renamed AHN Beaver Hospital, Heritage Valley, and AHN Sewickley Hospital, Heritage Valley. This brings AHN's total to 16 acute-care inpatient facilities . . .
