Health care system Prisma Health announced an expansion of its partnership with Minerra Health to develop a system-wide obesity care platform supporting consumers across lifestyle, medical, pharmacy, and surgical pathways. Prisma Health and Minerra Health aim to establish a new operating standard for obesity care intended to improve outcomes, strengthen surgical utilization, and deliver value for health systems.

Since launching in mid-2024, the Minerra platform has produced measurable improvements across the bariatric care journey, including a reduction of more than 30% in the median time from enrollment to bariatric surgery.
