Wellpointe Unveils $2 Billion Plan For Affordable Senior Housing High-Rise Community In Los Angeles

Wellpointe Inc., which offers affordable, boutique-style residential assisted living and related health care services, announced plans for Viva L.A. at Warner Center, a four-phase, fully affordable senior housing community in Warner Center, a district in Los Angeles, California. The project will offer 3,192 new affordable units in four high-rise towers ranging from 34 to 42 stories. It represents an estimated $2 billion investment on a 4.71-acre site in Woodland Hills, which a Wellpointe property-holding affiliate acquired from Parkview Financial in late 2025.
