PAX Health Acquires MAKRAF IME, Expanding Independent Medical Examination Services Across New Jersey

PAX Health has acquired MAKRAF IME, which provides independent medical examinations (IME) for psychology and neuropsychology across 17 counties in New Jersey. Financial terms were not disclosed.

MAKRAF IME's psychologists and neuropsychologists conduct Psychology and Neuropsychology IMEs, along with disability, permanency, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. The exams address behavioral health issues including causality, need for treatment, and maximum medical improvement.
