Supernus Pharmaceuticals & Indivior Pharmaceuticals To Merge, Creating A $2.2 Billion Diversified Central Nervous System Biopharmaceutical Organization
Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock, merger of equals, forming a $2.2 billion organization company focused on treatments for central nervous system (CNS) conditions. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. After the merger closes, the combined company will operate as Supernus, Inc. It will offer a portfolio of 11 medicines across psychiatry, neurology, and addiction treatment.
