Ohio’s Knox Community Hospital Signs Non-Binding Letter Of Intent To Join Kettering Health

Knox Community Hospital signed a non-binding letter of intent to join Kettering Health, a non-profit health care system in western Ohio. Both organizations expect to work toward a definitive agreement by early fall, with the goal of completing the transaction by the end of 2026, pending legal and regulatory review.
