Foundations to Freedom launched a new 18-24 Young Adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program in Volusia County, Florida. The program is funded by a grant from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Foundations to Freedom developed the 18-24 Young Adult Substance Use Disorder Program was developed to provide prevention, intervention, recovery support, life skills development, and connections to community resources. Participants receive individualized case management, peer support, recovery coaching, life skills training, workforce development, educational support, and connections to behavioral health and recovery resources.
