Texas Opens Terrell Center For Youth To Serve Adolescents With Complex Behavioral Health Needs
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) opened the Terrell Center for Youth, a specialized residential youth treatment facility designed to serve adolescents in foster care with complex mental health, substance use, or intellectual and developmental disability needs.
