Caretech Expands Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Across Rural Nebraska
Caretech, which provides home- and community-based services (HCBS) in Nebraska, is expanding its Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver services in rural and underserved Nebraska communities. The services are intended to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) who live outside institutional settings.
Caretech delivers these services through Nebraska’s Medicaid HCBS program, which includes the state’s three primary DD Waivers:
Family Support Waiver (FSW): Supports eligible individuals from birth through age 21 who live in the family home
Developmental Disabilities Adult Day (DDAD) Waiver: Serves eligible adults age 21 and older, with services focused on independence, community participation . . .
