Providence Health Plan To Exit Medicare Advantage

Providence Health Plan will transition out of most of its health insurance lines of business beginning in 2027. This includes Individual and Family plans and Employer Group/Commercial plans.

Providence is also evaluating options for the 2027 Medicaid program with Health Share of Oregon. Medicaid members will continue to be covered by the Health Share of Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
