New Youth Crisis Center Opens In Belmont County, Ohio With $5.3 Million Investment

The Village Network's new Youth Crisis Stabilization and Residential Treatment Center opened in Bethesda, Ohio, to serve 11 counties in the southeast region of the state. The $5.3 million facility was made possible through a partnership among four regional mental health and recovery boards representing the 11 counties.

Funding for the facility was awarded by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The Appalachian Children's Coalition also played a role in securing the grant.
